Dudi Bar David, (25) born in Israel, began his musical career at the age of 12 when he first started playing guitar and piano. His musical studies at "Rimon" School of arts guided by Mr. Moshe Levi and Mr. Yehuda Eder ,his love to 60..s and 70..s British bands and alternative rock from the 90..s were the main influences on Dudi..s music.

While learning at "Rimon" School, majoring on television and cinema composition, Dudi began to materialize his musical identity. While most of his colleagues chose to compose minimalist music praising the idea of "I", dudi chose another path.
His musician packed productions, extrovert appearance and full sound implanted deep in the European alternative rock (placebo, Bret Anderson, Brian Eno) declaring esthetics both in the visual and musical as his main guideline.

These Days ,Dudi and his band are performing and working on Dudi..s debut album.
Their shows combine elements of Israeli rock with the emphasis of enrapturing British guitar rock, sometimes even interfacing with glam and electro. Dudi..s music features rich sound and professional production alongside honest texts that fiddles with the less shining sides of life.

Dudi..s music is accompanied by the butterfly symbol that was designed by Natalie Bar David (an artist, alumni of department of visual media at Betsalel school of arts).
In Dudi..s opinion the butterfly symbol utilizes in the best way possible our existential status. a butterfly which the inside of its wings reflects handcuffs, A butterfly that is free in its essence, but covered with so many layers, with no real freedom to choose.

Dudi Bar David Debut album, produced by Mr. Lior Baruch, is being recorded and mixed this days by Mr. Shay Sivan at "Bardo" studios and "Shay Sivan" studio.
The Album is expected to be released at the fall of 2009.
