Kahol was formed in 1997 by the Israeli composer Uri Miles, who has gained a wealth of experience in a wide range of musical fields and styles. He has worked with Classical music, Jazz, Pop, Rock and Ethnic material, originating from numerous Eastern and Western cultures. Uri has performed and recorded with many leading artists and ensembles, including Chamber and Symphony orchestras.

Studying and exploring the musical traditions of both the Celtic and the Middle-Eastern worlds, has led him to the creation of The Celtic Camel. This inspiring project presents mostly Irish and Scottish tunes, blended with Middle-Eastern music - in an enchanting manner.

This is an original and refined fusion of Celtic melodies, combined with Jazz, Blues, Rock, Classical and Mediterranean music.
