"The Jackband Blues" Kama met David quite randomly outside his flat at 94 Chatsworth Road one night in November (the 22nd- same as they shot Kennedy). That was very likely. They wrote 1000 songs, played them briefly, went to Israel baking biscuits and behaving Properly.
