Noa Bentor is an Israeli singer-songwriter. Growing up in Melbourne, Australia till the age of 10 made her music influences vary from Leonard Cohen, Simon & Garfunkel, Janis Ian and the Beatles to current Australian Musicians.
At the age of 20 Noa moved from Israel to New-York, where she studied and lived for 5 years. She performed with several bands around town and became part of the indie-scene of the city.
In 2005 she recorded her debut album "waiting on a shelf" with producer Asaf Spector and musician Gilber Gilmore. Coming back to Israel, Noa quickly became part of the alternative music scene in Tel-Aviv and getting air-play in Israel's radio stations. She is currently working on her second album which is due out in 2009.
