You are responsible for checking Israstage’s policies and show information prior to purchasing tickets.

In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided via the method of payment originally used and notifications will be sent out via email or phone when provided.

Resale of any ticket purchased through this website at a price greater than the original ticket price is absolutely prohibited. We have the right to revoke or reclaim possession of any tickets from the buyer who violates such restrictions.

Convenience charges are non-refundable. All tickets are will call unless otherwise noted. Tickets may be picked up at the venue box office on the night of the show. Will call tickets can also be picked up days or weeks in advance during box office business hours. No refunds will be processed for will call tickets left unclaimed at the box office.

The person whose name the tickets were purchased under must have valid photo ID when claiming tickets. No refunds will be processed for patrons who do not have valid identification and are denied entry.

Any order sent standard Israel Mail does not require a signature or tracking number and is used at your own risk. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost packages unless secure delivery is used.
